Cautions for luggage production process?

Guidance: In the production process, special attention should be paid to the following: after the car is finished, the trademark should not be skewed, the parking space should be uniform, the curvature should be rounded and the needle should be closed smoothly, and the edge of the knitting mark should be the same. All drop moulds must be covered with protective film, dyed drop moulds must be selected, no car can be put into production, and no press in silk printing production.

1. Needle spacing: Keep the needle spacing of all surface threads between 7 and 8 needles and 1 inch (except for the needle spacing of special fabrics). 6-7 stitches for edge wrapping and dark line, clear bottom line, no floating line or jumping needle, 3-4 stitches for inverted needle and uniform overlap, smooth and direct current for all lines, no skewing, and special attention for useful color matching line.

2. Zipper: Car zipper should be straight. Do not wave unevenly, the two sides of the chain cloth need to be flat, the edges of the same, pay attention to the direction of the zipper head can not be reversed, the closure of the zipper without the edge must be handled by reverse needle.

3. Ribbon: Pay attention to folding the inverted needle at the back of the turning belt. The turning thread of the turning belt should not be large or overshoot (half needle should be retrieved when the knitting belt comes out, not overshoot needle). All the trimming of the weaving belt must be hot-ironed to avoid falling off. Pay attention to the drawing of material and the breakage of skipping yarn should not be flowed into production.

4. Joints: All parking spaces should have parallel edges and lines, even baselines, and not different sizes. Special attention should be paid to the size and color difference of the joint when there are symmetrical parts.

5. Glue-wrapped bone: Pay attention to the tightness of the wrapped bone. If the wrapped bone is too tight and exposed, the angle of the pulled bone will be wrinkled. The color line of the pulled bone should be used as much as possible, especially in light-colored products.

6. Bone pulling: Bone pulling should be smooth in the angle, symmetrical in the joint, full in the joint, full in the cloth, and not wrinkle or deform in the part of the curve.

7. Packing: Packing attention to the size of the perimeter is consistent. After closing, no deflection or wrinkling should occur. The closing margin is 0.8cm-1cm. The margin is the same. The color of the cables is matched with the outside color. The attention should be paid to whether the glue bones are exposed and creeping. The trademark should be placed uniformly. The size of the closing parking space should be paid attention to avoid bursting and exposures. The even needle spacing of the parking space should be 6-7. At least 4-5 stitches should be used in the back-stitching parking space. When edge-wrapping, wrinkling or filling should not occur. After edge-wrapping, the wrapping line should not be exposed. The distance between the stitches should be covered to 6-7 stitches. Special attention should be paid to needle spacing not less than 6 needles (one needle less than surface thread).

9. Bagging: Where there are reinforcement patches, try to use the same color to reinforce. The exposed reinforcement should be trimmed neatly. When bagging, attention should be paid to the uniform arc along the parking space. After bagging, it should be symmetrical and not skewed. Needles and threads should be overlapped at the needle closing point, and more than 6 needles should be overlapped.

10. Trademarks: All trademarks and marks represent a brand. 13. Cloth piece: No drawings, breakages or stains are found during production. Problems found in embroidery and printing should be replaced. Special printing parts should not be wrinkled and deformed, which will affect the beauty.

14. Buckles: Attention should be paid to the use of fasteners and hardware. Damage, fracture, rust, inflexible fasteners and back hooks should not be flowed into production. Buckles should not be used incorrectly and the direction should be correct.

15. Running: All runners should pay attention to the line should not be too wide, so as not to expose the line after closing the package, have the same edge gaps as plug cotton, the upper and lower pieces should be flat, not wrinkle or deformation, after running pieces should be flat, pay attention to the line collocation.

16. Mesh cloth: Bags are made of different shapes of mesh cloth. It is very easy to burst and fall off during the production process. All mesh patch parking spaces must be full and firm to avoid such phenomena. When the mesh is edged, the line can not be parabolic, and the needle spacing is 7 needles/inch. Attention should be paid to the tightness and continuous line of the elastic belt after its length and length are formed.

17. Industrial hygiene: All wire ends must be cut clean by themselves and then flowed into the next process to connect production. The bags must be turned over during product inspection. Only after the wire ends are repaired can they be inspected. No footprints or stains are allowed.

18. Material preparation: When all materials are equipped, attention should be paid to size and specifications, and no difference in size or length should be observed. Attention should be paid to the location and standard of tailoring. Whether the length of all cut ribbons meets the requirements, whether the hot-cut ports are even, not scraping, not scattering edges.
